Refund or exchange process for all purchases made on are as follows:

1. Raise a return/exchange/return request on the website – within 7 days of receiving the product(s).or write to us along with the order id at [email protected]
2. You should be in a position to provide the proof of purchase- if sought.
3. The product should not be used
4. The product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition
5. Product will be replaced if the product is damaged or faulty or wrong item was sent. If the same product is not available in stock, you have the choice of selecting other product of same value. The cost of shipping will be borne by us.
6. Products will not be exchanged or refunded if ordered wrongly. Customers are requested to check before placing an order.
